The company struggled to keep audit documentation in order and to give C-level visibility into process status.

Deliver a role-based kanban (managers create processes, contributors submit evidence, leads validate) with executive reports, ISO-compliant.

- ›Coordinated the team as Scrum Master and onboarded new members.
- ›Built the main dashboard, the C-level analytics view and the stage cards.
- ›Set up Docker and Nginx as a reverse proxy.
- ›Implemented real-time updates over WebSockets.

A real-company project with a service-based architecture; I became autonomous with Docker, PostgreSQL, React and FastAPI.
